Returns & Cancellations

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after you have received the goods. All returns and cancellations must conform to the guidelines laid out in the "Distance Selling Regulation", a guide of which can be found by clicking here.

If your goods have not been dispatched, we will refund you the full invoice amount within 7 working days of cancellation.

If you have taken delivery of your goods, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. All goods must be re-packaged as they were received. We will refund the order, less any direct expenses we have incurred, for example the delivery charge to your address and any costs required to make the goods resaleable, within 7 working days of receiving the goods back at our warehouse.

If a courier arrives at your address and you refuse the delivery and cancel the order, you will be liable for the delivery charge to your address and for returning the goods back to our warehouse. We will refund the order, less any expenses we have incurred, within 7 working days of cancellation.

Returns and cancellations cannot be accepted on clearance products.

Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase. To cancel your order you must inform us by emailing info@cheapflooringdirect.co.uk.
