How do I make payment?

During the checkout process,  you will be diverted to creditcall eKashu ,our secure payment gateway. We accept all major debit and credit cards. You can order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.


Are my credit card details secured?

We use the latest encryption methods and provide physical security for our data servers to gather your personal information, such as your address and phone numbers. Your credit card details are only entered on creditcall eKashu.

E-commerce is fast becoming the preferred method of shopping for quality, variety and price. The SSL protocol used by Cheap Flooring Direct assures that your shopping experience is secure and confidential. Please be assured that we do not store any of your credit card data.


What if I do not want to put my card details in online?

  If you feel you do not want to input your card details online, you can still proceed with your order by selecting the "Cheque / BACS Payment" option during the checkout process.

Your order will be processed and we will await for your Cheque or BACS payment to be received and cleared into our account before we dispatch your goods.


Can I place an order by phone?

You can call our sales team direct on 020 8368 4620 with your order during the hours of Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 4.00pm.

What is your returns & cancellation policy?

In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after you have received the goods. All returns and cancellations must conform to the guidelines laid out in the "Distance Selling Regulation", a guide of which can be found by clicking here.

If your goods have not been dispatched, we will refund you the full invoice amount within 7 working days of cancellation.

If you have taken delivery of your goods, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. All goods must be re-packaged as they were received. We will refund the order, less any direct expenses we have incurred, for example the delivery charge to your address and any costs required to make the goods resaleable, within 7 working days of receiving the goods back at our warehouse.

If a courier arrives at your address and you refuse the delivery and cancel the order, you will be liable for the delivery charge to your address and for returning the goods back to our warehouse. We will refund the order, less any expenses we have incurred, within 7 working days of cancellation.

Returns and cancellations cannot be accepted on clearance products.

Refunds will be made to the payment card that was initially used to make the purchase. To cancel your order you must inform us by emailing info@cheapflooringdirect.co.uk.
